Halloween inspires regularly imagination. Thus, wouldn't be necessary to speak about an Art of recycling in the precise case of this Paceroween?

Javelynn Sue Lear of AMC PACER Club also had an idea, for Halloween:

A Pacer fancy dress really out of the common run! I find it definitely more "constructive" then the preceding recycling! She also made magnets for the local refrigerators:
